History

Bill Bruce formed Community Concepts, Inc. in 1992. After 12 years of working with two of the top planning and landscape architectural firms in the nation, Mr. Bruce saw a need to form a consulting practice, which concentrated on the creation of innovative places and communities for people to live. Mr. Bruce has been involved in the design of over 200 planned residential, mixed-use, golf and resort communities throughout the country and is very proud to have had such national clients as Mobil Land Development Corporation, CSX Realty, Retirement Systems of Alabama and the Perot Group, to name a few.
